The Organizing Committee has selected hotels in different rate categories for participants of 20WCSS. Special rates have been secured by the committee but may be available only until April 20, 2014. In order to secure reservations, please make the hotel reservation through the online reservation system. The location of the hotels is marked on the map below.

Booking & Payment Conditions

1. The below rates are per room per night.
2. As rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, early reservation is recommended.
   After April 20, 2014, room availability and rates may not be guaranteed.
3. The reservation form must be accompanied by a one night deposit with credit card information to guarantee your reservation. At the end of your stay the balance shall be charged upon check-out.
4. Cancellation and refund policies are according to the rules of each hotel.
5. The below rates only apply to 20WCSS participants who reserve through the online reservation system.
6. Please note that the rates displayed may not be the lowest. You may find cheaper rates on other travel sites.
